We would require at least 50% down payment to secure your item in advance. Please take note that the 50% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be revoked once the pre-order has been confirmed. The remaining balance can be settled once the items are ready for shipping.

Once acknowledged, settle your payment and send us a proof of payment. We will send a pre-order confirmation message together with our delivery guidelines. 

This item is crafted using the finest natural wood materials. Should there be any minor inconsistencies with the actual product (e.g slight off-coloring or inconsistency in wood grain design) please take note that these should not be treated as product defects and can't be used as a basis for refund or replacement.

Color and dimensions for this item is accurately indicated and presented. But due to the different screen displays that each monitor emits, some may project different color shades and might vary in the actual photo. But once again, we assure you that all dimensions, color variations, descriptions and other details about this product are properly and accurately represented.
